The new Multimatic Motorsport Competition Mustang will not only race for the honor of the top U.S. marque. The latest American muscle car is out to take down the international brands as well.

For those who enjoy the latest sports and compact coupes, the Sport Touring class is guaranteed to please with its wide array of imports and domestics.

The Mazda RX-8 leads an action packed battle against other imports like the Mazda 6, Lexus IS300, Nissan Sentra SE-R, Toyota Supra and Acura RSX-S and Integra R.

BMW fans have four different models to check out during the race with the BMW Z3, 330i, 330ci and 328i all racing for top honors in the Sport Touring class.

The Mini Cooper S is always a fan favorite in the class, along with the Dodge Neon SRT4.

Each round of the championship usually features fields of more than 50 cars providing race fans and viewers on Speed Channel with spectacular action.

The championship is staged in conjunction with the Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series, doing battle on some of the finest road courses across North America.
