Driver

Dennis Olsen

Dennis Olsen’s racing career began the moment he stepped into a go-kart at the tender age of five. By the age of 13 the Norwegian teenager was a karting champion.

As soon as he could he progressed up to single-seater racing, where he fought against some of the world’s top young talent in various Formula Renault competitions, finishing as runner-up in Formula Renault Eurocup in 2014.

In 2016, Olsen contested the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany series and finished in third place overall. He was selected as a Porsche Junior driver and went on to lift the 2017 Porsche Carrera Cup title.

In recent years, Olsen has competed in Porsche Supercup where he finished as runner-up in 2017, the European Le Mans Series, the Nürburgring 24 Hours, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Blancpain GT Series (now known as GT World Challenge), the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, the FIA World Endurance Championship, ADAC GT Masters, and DTM. He has received an incredible grounding in GT racing, across all of the series. A highlight for Olsen came in 2019 when he won the prestigious Intercontinental GT Challenge title.

Dennis’ first two seasons as a Ford factory driver were highlighted by major international successes. He raced the #88 Proton Competition Mustang GT3 in the World Endurance Championship throughout the 2024 season, which was highlighted with a third-place finish at Le Mans, delivering the first-ever podium result for the Mustang GT3. He started 2025 with a win at the Rolex 24 at Daytona in the #65 Ford Multimatic Motorsports Mustang GT3 and added a second-place finish at Spa in the #88 Mustang in the World Endurance Championship.

Olsen is now a full-season driver of the #64 Mustang GT3 in the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
